HERE’S HOW TO DROP-IN AT CROSSFIT GARWOOD:
1. Purchase your pass online.
We have two options – a single class or a week of classes. We encourage you to do this before coming in. The single class pass expires in a month.
Note: Drop-Ins must have completed an “Elements” or “On Ramp” program at a CrossFit Affiliate before attending classes and have been actively CrossFitting during the past 30 days.
2. Schedule your class.
After you purchase your pass, you’ll be given instructions on creating an online account to schedule your class. Wondering what the schedule is? You can check out our schedule here.
If you have trouble scheduling, send us an email at welcome@CrossFitGarwood.com, and we’ll help you out.
3. If it’s your first time dropping in to CrossFit CFG, try to arrive 15 minutes early.
Stop by the front desk to sign in and say hello. If you haven’t purchased your class online, you can do that and also fill out a waiver before starting class.
4. Be sure to introduce yourself to the Coach at the beginning of class.
Let the coach know your level of experience with CrossFit training, and if you have any limitations, so they can help make your WOD great. We look forward to working out with you!
5. If you need to cancel your class and scheduled online, please do so at least one hour prior to class. Otherwise, please email us at least two full hours prior to the class.
The drop in price is $25 per class or $75 for a week of classes.
