CrossFit is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.” CrossFit trains 10 physical skills to include cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. To train these skills we perform very specific exercises like weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing and medicine ball training. We move large loads, long distances, quickly!
Our Conditioning Classes combine the best elements of traditional CrossFit, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning to give athletes the energetic workouts that produce fat loss and muscle tone along with full body strength and conditioning.
Conditioning classes will have minimal barbell work, so if you’re looking for a jolt of cardio or a day to get away from super heavy lifting, you’ll find everything you’re looking for!
The foundation of health, fitness and performance is proper nutrition. Nutritional Counseling is available to create an individual plan based on your lifestyle and goals to ensure you are maximizing your health, performance and body composition.
This is a service that provides the opportunity to work one on one with a coach. This may be to spend time learning/ refining a specific skill or a chance to spend time on a specific goal.
